FRIDAY, JANUARY 25th
is an EARLY RELEASE DAY. Dismissal is at
11:45.
FRIENDSHIP DAY:
We are going to be
passing out cards for Friendship Day.
There are 18 students in our room. A list is going home tomorrow. Friendship day is February 14th.
CLASSROOM SUPPLIES:
We could use
donations of spoons and Lysol wipes.
MATH:
We are working on a unit on numbers 11-15!
SCIENCE:
We are learning about animals and their
habitats.
SOCIAL STUDIES:
This week we are learning about Groundhog
Day!
Over the week, we have been learning our
letters, upper and lowercase, and their sounds. We are also working on ending
sounds.
WRITING:
We are starting a new writing unit. Each child is adding sentences to their
fabulous drawings! We are writing a complete sentence!
